Santher Mbacham

Santher Mbacham is a multi-dimensional Strategic Communicator passionate about advancing Cameroon’s economic growth through strategic public relations and branding. She is the Managing Director of ImageNation PR Agency, where she focuses on making brands more visible, valuable, bankable, profitable, and sustainable while driving competitiveness within the business ecosystem. In 2024, she was appointed to the prestigious Panel of the Future, a collaboration between the African Union and the United Nations Foundation, and was selected as one of 12 young professionals from across Africa contributing to shaping the continent’s trajectory in alignment with the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the AU’s Agenda 2063. Santher’s communications journey began as a Multimedia Communicator at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, where she spent three years demystifying mathematics and linking it to development. Her career reached new heights when Sir Tony Elumelu selected her as a mentee for International Women’s Day, an opportunity that strengthened her leadership and business acumen. She has been recognized among Avicom Group’s 40 Under 40 Achievers in 2021, Inspire Afrika’s Bold Women in Start-ups in 2023, and as a recipient of the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award in 2024. Santher has served as a juror for the Pitcher Festival Awards and the Cristal Festival, and contributed to the inaugural Africa PR and Communications Report for 2022–2023. Beyond her professional pursuits, she values family, community, and women’s empowerment, is a two-time basketball champion for Cameroon, enjoys photography and playing the drums, and anchors her life in service, kindness, and honesty, values instilled by her parents.
