Santher Mbacham

Santher Mbacham is an award winning Multi-dimensional Strategic Communicator dedicated to boosting her country's economic growth through strategic public relations and branding. As Managing Director of ImageNation PR Agency, she strives to make brands more visible, valuable, profitable, and sustainable while fostering competitiveness within the business ecosystem. In 2024, Santher was appointed to the prestigious "Panel of the Future," a collaborative initiative between the African Union and the United Nations Foundation. As part of this distinguished group of 12 exceptional young professionals from Africa, her insights will contribute to shaping the future trajectory of the continent, aligning with the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the African Union’s Agenda 2063. Santher’s career in PR and communications began with a three-year role as a Multimedia Communicator at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, where she solidified her commitment to demystifying mathematics and contributing to economic progress. A major turning point came when she was selected by Sir Tony Elumelu as a mentee for International Women's Day, a recognition that greatly enhanced her agency's success. Her achievements include being named in the Avicom Group's 40 Under 40 Achievers list in 2021, being honored by Inspire Afrika magazine in 2023 as one of Cameroon's bold women in the inspiring start-up category, and winning the 2024 Outstanding Entrepreneur award from Avicom Group. She has also served as a juror for the Pitcher Festival Awards and the Cristal Festival and contributed to the first-ever Africa PR and Communications report (2022-2023), underscoring her role as a creative economy advocate. Beyond her professional endeavors, Santher is passionate about community, family, and empowering women. She enjoys photography, basketball (as a two- time basketball champion for Cameroon), and playing the drums.
