Immersive Crisis Simulation
It’s the call you’ve been dreading. Criminal hackers have shut down your systems. Your business can’t function. Customers are complaining on social media, and journalists are asking questions. The communications team is under pressure to respond, fast. This interactive masterclass from Polpeo gives delegates practical experience of responding live to a crisis as it breaks and spreads over public and internal channels. Participants will work in teams to manage the evolving situation, exploring how different techniques and approaches can change and shape the crisis narrative.
