Paul Holmes

Paul Holmes, Founder & Chair of Provoke Media, is a seasoned PR industry expert with over 25 years of experience. Starting in UK journalism, he later led PR Week’s US launch and contributed to Adweek before founding his own media company in 1989. Known for pioneering initiatives like the Creativity in PR Awards and the SABRE Awards, he established The Holmes Group (now PRovoke Media) to deliver global PR insights, reports, and events. Inducted into the ICCO Hall of Fame in 2011, his work remains a cornerstone of industry analysis and recognition.
