Halim Abou Seif Strategic Communication Consultant & Trainer Certified Trainer by CIPR and NTA Halim Abou Seif is a Strategic Consultant, with over thirty years of experience in public relations, marketing, strategic communication, promotions and events management. He has extensive experience in planning and managing campaigns for international and local clients in Egypt and the Middle East. He has managed Strategic Communication activities for some of the world’s largest and most reputable companies and brands throughout his career as a Communication Strategic Practitioner. In addition to his proven track record in planning and executing communication strategies, events, and media relations, he also conducts extensive training courses in crisis management, media interview coaching and reputation management. Halim is a Certified Trainer of Public Relations, accredited by Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in London, also supervising the PR diploma given by Arab Administrative Development Organization ARADO. Halim has been teaching Public Relations at Misr International University (MIU) since 2001. More recently he has also started teaching Public Relations Strategies and Integrated Marketing Communications at the British University in Egypt (BUE), Halim is also a certified trainer at the American University in Cairo. He was appointed as a Communication Consultant to the Government of Egypt in 2011, supporting the Prime Minister’s office as a media training expert, key message developer, reputation management consultant and an issue and crisis management counselor, he continued to undertake various tasks with different ministries and government bodies since then. Halim has been granted the task of communication advisor to DAI on the ministry of finance new project in 2021. Halim was part of the NTA team for training 30 members of the supreme council of Universities in Egypt and many others.
