Emmanuel leads OpenAI’s strategic engagement across Africa at the intersection of policy, partnerships and ecosystem development. His global career spans Africa, Europe and the United States, with previous leadership and advisory roles including Head of Government Affairs for Africa at Twitter, as well as roles with the U.N., U.S. Congress, Fresenius, and as a Consultant to Block.
