Bradly Howland CEO, Alkemi Collective | President, Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) Bradly Howland is a communications leader, strategist, and storyteller with over two decades of experience helping brands find their voice and connect with the world. As CEO of Alkemi Collective and President of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA), he sits at the crossroads of creativity, ethics, and technology - guiding how brands and professionals show up in an era defined by change. A storyteller at heart, Bradly has built his career translating complex ideas into clear, human-centred narratives that drive connection, trust, and action. His work spans integrated marketing, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement across sectors including finance, energy, FMCG, healthcare, government, and technology. He has led campaigns for some of South Africa’s most recognised brands, including Virgin Group, Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages, City of Cape Town, ABB, Metropolitan, Clicks, Momentum, MyCiTi, Ozow, and Pharma Dynamics. Under his leadership, Alkemi Collective has grown into one of South Africa’s top independent marketing and communications agencies - twice named Best Mid-Sized PR Agency in Southern Africa at the PRISMS Awards. His leadership philosophy is simple: build brands that matter. For him, success isn’t just about market share, it’s about shaping culture, sparking conversation, and creating genuine value.
